On client check ins I ask a few vital questions...⁣

These questions tell us so much more than photos, weight and measurements.⁣

I've worked with 𝐇𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐒 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 (& men) over the years and I've seen a direct correlation between stress and zero results.⁣

Without knowing the full picture, during a review of one week a coach could assume...⁣

Instead, when every factor is taken in to consideration, the coach...⁣

This served two purposes...⁣

1.) Allowed my systems to restore. Work harder when you're stress rarely ends well and just causes your body to fight back usually.⁣

2.) Consider my life. Being told to stay strict while I was already in a deficit and stressed and not responding would have sent me into a mental spiral that would have resulted in a binge.⁣

With my program, these are the kinds of conversations that we have and methods that you use to make sure that you are making progress in a SUSTAINABLE fashion.
