This is probably a daft question ;-), but, do you want free coffee?
For the whole of August, if you buy 1Kg or more of any of our coffees, you'll get 250g of chocolate brownie blend, our no1 best seller, completely free, when you use the discount code FREE250.
| | | When you enter the code "FREE250" at checkout, you'll see a 1 penny discount applied, that's might not seem like a brilliant discount ;-), but it's simply to enable us to be able to see that we need to send you a free bag of chocolate brownie blend.
The offer is live until midnight on the 31st of August, and within this time any order using the FREE250 code will get the free bag of chocolate brownie blend.
In terms of whole bean or pre-ground, we'll send the free bag to correspond with the rest of your order, so if you've ordered whole bean, the free bag will also be wholebean, and if you've ordered pre-ground, the free bag will be sent with the same grind option as your other coffees.
Just a couple of points to note:
We can't change the free coffee.
We can understand that in some cases, customers might want to receive a different bag of coffee free, for instance if they already regularly order chocolate brownie blend and want to try something else.
Unfortunately due to logistics, we can only do this with one coffee, so there's no way for us to change the free coffee sent.
The discount code has to be entered.
We occasionally get requests for us to add a discount code after an order has been placed, as the customer had a discount code but forgot to add it.
This is doable when it's a straight discount, as it just means adding the discount via a refund, but unfortunately it's not possible to retrospectively add a discount code to for the free coffee, due to the logistics involved, so please ensure that you use the discount code at checkout and that you see it applied to your order at checkout, if you want to take advantage of the offer.
So, with that said - remember on your next order, if you're ordering a Kilo or more, slap the discount code in at checkout, and we'll send you a lovely 250g bag of freshly roasted chocolate brownie blend on the house :-). | |
