Guatemalan Pensativo Co-op Since Fuego's erruption back in 2018 we've been proud to support this Co-op and its farmers who's resilience has got them back on track producing some excellent coffee. BUY NOW Rich, volcanic soil provides ideal growing conditions for this coffee at around 1600 - 1800 m.a.s.l. After picking, coffee is wet processed and dried on drying patios until the optimum moisture level is reached, before being milled and graded. This year we're getting great balance in the cup with a silky texture, mild acidity and some red apple and a biscuity, custard cream note! FIND OUT MORE You might also like...
