1. You can actually 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘥 without cardio!! This isn't a game of eating less and working out more.
2. 𝘒𝘦𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘱𝘪𝘥 for MOST. Cutting out carbs isn't the answer unless you're less than 5% of the population who has a medical reason to do so. ⁣⁣
3. Rest days are 100% necessary. Silly me thought #teamnodaysoff was what I needed. Really all that does is cause stress on the body. 𝘈 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘢𝘵.⁣⁣⁣
4. The last 5 pounds that you're beating yourself up over, it's really not a big deal. I promise.⁣⁣⁣
