Years ago, I vowed not to make any major decisions driven by fear. It's not easy, but I've executed on that idea most of the time (hey, I'm not perfect ). And when I didn't, I regretted it. When you do kind and loving things, good things happen -- not immediately and not 100% of the time, but overall they send you (and those around you) to good places.
