Espresso machines are quickly becoming a regular fixture on kitchen work-surfaces throughout the world.
I have to admit, up until a few years ago I would have been pretty sceptical about buying a home espresso machine.
Working on powerful and bulky commercial machines had me questioning how a comparatively small and plastic home espresso machine could come close on quality.

They are pretty expensive and some of them do still require a level of practice and skill to get close to coffee shop coffee.
