Ingredients -
Poha (Beaten Rice) – 1 cup
Freshly grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Peanut Powder - 5 tablespoons
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Garlic Paste – 1 teaspoon
Ginger Paste - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon
Urad Daal - 1 tablespoon
Few Curry Leaves
Chopped Coriander – 1/2 cup
Chopped Green Chillies – 1
Lemon - 1
Pumpkin, Cantaloupe, Sunflower, Sesame Seeds, Flax Seeds, Soya Seeds - 1 tablespoon
Oil – 1 tablespon
Salt as per taste
Procedure –
- Wash Poha with water twice and now keep strained poha in water for 2 minutes.
- Strain fluffy poha, add grated coconut and keep it aside in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a Kadai and add mustard and cumin seeds and let it splutter.
- Add urad daal, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and curry leaves.
- After half a minute, add strained poha, turmeric, salt, peanut powder and coriander.
- Mix all the ingredients and keep the lid for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon and roasted seeds.
