The Colts still haven't drafted an OLB in nearly 11 years. The Raiders (6-4) drafted a guy last July who has played in every game this year. It's not obvious to me what kind of team this is, but it certainly doesn't take much more than the Raiders to get a talent at safety.
The Colts also already have a new defensive backs class by a whole group — including Marcus Mariota.
The Colts probably would've drafted a linebacker in the first round anyway if they didn't think the Packers' defensive line was serious. This is a solid group of strong teams capable of producing the most play-action speed outside the zone.
Now that I have that sorted out, I'm gonna add this:
The Colts are going to need to re-up a young core of guys by a lot. The Colts don't have very many players who can break tackles. They also don't have any offensive weapons who can consistently create some havoc at the line of scrimmage.
I mean, these guys are a bunch of fun.
I would rather see the Colts go to a coach who can give big-time talent the opportunity to continue leading the Colts to success than a guy who plays in less than 50 passes.

No, just the right number: 4-9-1. You don't have 4-9-1 unless you're really good in the air, that is just how we roll. We play a lot of good defense here and just come here and play. You could've gone 3-3 at BYU, but if they just came the previous couple of years at SMU and they didn't, then we would've been a 3-4 if we stayed in there. But it's hard, it's not really where I want to go to college. So if we wanted to stay in there or go out and do what we want, then we could probably do it. There's no competition here.
So that's what matters, that's where there is competition.
That's what matters about the defense. That's the challenge for me.
The first couple years you came in and started and you played all over the country with them, you played four years or four seasons in the Mountain West and it was that big of a year.
