From Kev. How to make YOUR perfect cappuccino + Invented the Ndiziccino...

Happy New Year fellow coffee botherers :-),

I've just uploaded my latest video.

In this one, I'm reacting to a very good comment a viewer left stating that Myself and most other coffee YouTubers only tend to show how to steam milk for more modern milkies, but what about people who want more old school cappuccino?

This person was spot on with this comment, I think. Just because I prefer the flat white milk texture, doesn't mean everyone else does, and actually, while making this video I realized just how much fun proper old school cappuccino's are!

I also invented a brand new drink during this video, which I've called the ndiziccino - it's an absolute abomination, try it ;-).

Even if you're not interested in traditional stiff foamed cappuccino, it may be worth giving this video a little watch, and playing around with different milk textures.

Apart from anything else, I think playing with the different texture levels I demonstrate in this video might help people who are trying to perfect creating perfect milk texture for liquid velvet flat whites.

I get into this more in two videos I've just recorded on making flat white & latte, they'll be uploaded soon, so if you subscribe to my channel and allow notifications, you'll get an alert when I upload these.

Re the original cappuccino, the Austrian Capuziner kaffee - I mention in this video that I'll do a video showing how to do that "at some point" - I've filmed that already, and it'll be published a week from today. Spoiler Alert - it's surprisingly tasty!

Thanks again,

Kev
