First of all, I missed yesterday. I was dealing with healthcare stuff and that drew off my schedule.
Second, my symptoms are stabilizing so that's good.
Third, I am still a mess of ideas, half-experiments and books...but I'm moving through the chaos.
Fourth, I had a caramel fraupaccino that was definitely not good for my health...but was wonderful
Fifth, at this point, I'm not going to push too hard on getting everything done like I did with 75 Hard because a lot is going on. For now, I'm going to keep reporting in and let the habit sink in as I move hopefully to treatment...and then whatever the new "normal" for me will be (using the "effortless" path I learned from "Effortless"

- List 10 things you are grateful for
- Read a nonfiction book for 20 minutes
- Meditate for 20 minutes
