We would 𝘵𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘶𝘱 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 at the end of the night. 𝘎𝘰 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘰𝘮 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘶𝘱. And whatever was left we would work off in the gym the next morning with hours of cardio.
