I USED TO BE THERE! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Then I decided to hire a coach ... get certified in personal training ... I dove off the deep end got my master's in public health and nutrition. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I even got a nationally accredited specialization or two. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So unless you want to jump off the deep end and spend 5 years doing that ... 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 5 years of schooling, a bunch of fancy letters behind your name, 10 of thousands of dollars, and 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hiring a coach for myself and my business has been one of the best choices in my life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hands down. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘥𝘢𝘮n 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘴, not needing to wear the baggy tees (you know the ones) to cover your belly next summer.
