NEW Ethiopia Beloya

We're getting notes of Peach, Honeysuckle and Almond from this vibrant,  fresh crop Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.
Beloya is a small washing station located in the Kochere district, one of six 'waredas' in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Here, coffee is farmed at high altitudes in rich soil where most producers employ traditional, organic techniques that they have practiced since time immemorial.

At harvest time, coffee cherries are brought to the washing station from 310 remote, small-holder farmers in the surrounding area. With 12 fermentation tanks and 136 raised beds, different lots can be separated to improve traceability and keep a closer eye on quality.
