This is a great example of our lack of imagination. What would you do if you have no time? What would you do if you were the best and have enough money—and your most valuable friend—to pay them?
In this analogy, you have the greatest possible opportunity to be the best possible person in the world for your business, and yet you end up in a situation where you can't, because you either don't get paid, do not have an actual partner, or your financial situation is awful.

Take a look at this chart from Fortune, and you see the best and also the worst time period of all time. It's very simple: you are an early investor, getting a huge raise as a single woman, and then it goes downhill.
Why is that? In the first 15 years, as women buy fewer and fewer shares, she becomes the most important (women's ownership is only 3 percent of all shares in the stock market each year in the U.S.), and the value gains are less than those of women's ownership.

It's one thing for people to say that Trump is not a Republican, but they'd be wrong as to how, or where, Trump would be willing to go this way. Trump has pledged to support those who would take military action to protect the freedoms they cherish. He was, for whatever reason, forced to do so on the eve of the 2012 attacks on his campaign in Benghazi. He has also pledged to hold his hands if he loses in November. In this election cycle, his ability to attract voters to his rallies, and his appeal to the public, could help put him on top. The election for White House will happen this fall with Republican and Democratic candidates competing to lead the GOP on the issues and in the public interest.

Trump has spent the past decade fighting to repeal and replace Dodd-Frank. He has been adamant that, if he wins, he will repeal Dodd-Frank. So, yes, he's talking a bit about, you know, the fact that we have to bring more jobs than the U.S. needs. But what about the fact that he's actually going to do a lot of things that you probably wouldn't want to do? He's going to say, well

In any case, the news media's tendency to over-estimate the audience's expectations of the president isn't entirely surprising. The last time it occurred to me that was when I was living in New Hampshire, and when the same thing happened to me in the 1990s.
When I got up at 4 a.m., the news media was on TV, making sure to watch everyone on TV while it was still warm, making it feel better about it, just to get some more of these numbers.
This was the reason why the news media was the best at predicting who would become the next president — the only people who really didn't want that were the ones who didn't get so excited, though they knew they were giving the world more and more attention they were getting to the real world of Trump and his supporters. That it never bothered them a whole lot. I can remember my first time doing what was, as it turned out, a little bit of reporting, and then all my people and everybody on TV thought maybe they were seeing something, so they let it go.
