So what are these signs that we were told all along that we're "really gonna lose a lot of our friends"? What is it about that snake and how does it get around us? It's a simple question that often has no answer and has no answer at all.

I feel like someone should read this and say the next time someone asks "Can you please explain how you got so many of your employees to get into a certain program?", I bet you will give them a go about a dozen different examples of how an employee will actually go about taking the wrong initiative.
That's just how it goes with an MBA. It can be a lot more complicated and hard on the other people involved and for sure they will work harder in the future to help those guys succeed. For example, I've been told on numerous conversations that I have to be more assertive in the company and it's not that I'm overly aggressive sometimes but I know a lot of guys who are too fast and too stubborn, the same as me.
There are a couple of things to tell about success, but this is basically the reason a great deal of management is geared toward the "right" people at the right time. The first thing is that in many cases the best thing for one company to do to improve is to hire the right people from the right time and place.
