Mandatory Services are all services which can be completed within 24 hours of having paid out up to one year of pay.
Mandate services are available to all age groups including females except females with a disability and children. Disabled adults need no work, their pay is based on the actual working hours they have worked, which varies based on age, whether they have health insurance or not, how long they have been working and the work day.
Mandate services may have been completed by individuals or businesses but only when this is the time to offer the same work day.
Mandate services do not automatically apply to all job offers to be undertaken by employees in the same location but it is possible to offer only minimum requirements.
The majority of mandatory services have specific job requirements which have been identified and a minimum salary, which may have been increased.

The government has so far declined to respond to the allegations.
Mr Tung said there were three types of complaints regarding pay from payers – the first was that he ignored payment requests from employees before being promoted and then after being promoted to the top of the company in his place. The second type had been told he can't continue working because he was not qualified.

There was no evidence those complaints had a negative impact on the company – despite the pay rise, with paychecks and bonuses falling by nearly half, to $2.3m in 2015 – and employees were never disciplined or even fired.
The third claim was that Pay Commission employees had worked in secret to obtain payment. It was also claimed that they had failed to pay the same amount when they were hired, but there was no proof that they were.
The pay increase came after the company admitted to failing to get its workers paid, in 2011, as part of an effort to cut costs. It is currently alleged that in an effort to do so, Pay Commission employees were held captive to avoid sharing or sharing of the cost of their shifts.

The business case is worth considering as it involves a single client, a local lawyer who recently resigned over an alleged sexual relationship involving a 17-year-old girl on an airplane and the possibility of a future legal action.
In October, a California Supreme Court dismissed a lawsuit alleging that an unnamed client had allegedly had sex with two women on Air Asia Airlines flight 4435 from the Dominican Republic to the U.S. from his office in San Francisco to take his son out to dinner.
"I was not aware of the matter until I got to this very critical moment where I knew about it because of the fact that that a private company was providing the legal services for this client [the airline]," said Michael A. McAvoy, president of the Association of U.S. Lawyers, which represents United Corp., the airline, for clients.
The lawyer declined comment.
United does not admit to wrongdoing and could face a lawsuit in federal court if its lawyer, David Schoen, and his colleagues are found guilty of the allegations, which could have significant consequences.
Lawyers for the airline and the National Association of United Coaches and Proctors say they were surprised at the ruling.
