The Hall is turning 1o! 10 years ago today we opened our flagship Lancaster cafe, The Hall. This space not only houses our cafe but extends to our office space, bakery and wholesale packaging area. Over the years it has been the home multiple gigs, coffee events, weddings, private parties and even Lindyhop classes! Back in 2012, our lovingly restored 1956 Faema Presidente Lever Espresso machine had pride of place on the bar. Although this made delicious espresso, it was eventually replaced with a La Marzocco Strada EP to deal with a growing demand. We paired this with the theatrical syphon coffee method for our brewed coffee of choice, still available today with a rotating selection of Single Origins.
