The Moka pot is one of my favourite ways to make coffee at home. It's simple and easy to use, it's inexpensive, and it yields a delightfully strong cup. There's a reason it has been around for nearly 100 years!
But recently Bialetti claims to have improved upon the original Moka Express with the new Bialetti Brikka. The Brikka adds a valve that pressurizes the coffee, so you get a rich later of crema on your drink -- almost like you would from a real espresso machine.
