Black Honey Process

 Of all the Honey processing methods, this leaves the most mucilage on the cherry after pulping and for the longest time before being dried on raised African beds. This intensifies body and sweetness much like a natural but gives slightly less of that funky natural flavour. We're getting a fruity, slightly hoppy IPA aroma with notes of mango and cherries and a juicy mouthfeel.
