BREWING TIPS

Brewing with Chemex gets great results with this coffee, emphasising a some of the deeper blackcurrant and vanilla notes while giving a really silky texture. Give this recipe a go if you're a Chemex fan.

Dose : 32g
Grind : Medium/Coarse
Brew Weight : 500g
Time : 4 minutes

1. Pour 60g of water, wetting all the grounds.
2. After 30 seconds pour to 200g.
3. Then pour 100g every 30 seconds until you reach 500g.
.4. Your coffee should drain through in around 4 minutes. If too fast make your grind coarser, if too slow make it finer.
