I took this picture over an year and half ago, I was 16 pounds and 5% body fat heavier.
I was stressed & struggling. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ No longer struggling or stressed, being degraded by my spouse daily. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I was able to refocus. You see, humans are imperfect, love is imperfect (though it was shitty of my spouse he's only human). The only "person" who your value comes from is Christ. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The reason I am telling you all this is you see, when I see pictures of myself or other women my immediate thought 𝘸𝘢𝘴 to pick them apart but why? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The truth was there was deep down some things I didn't like about me. The best way to get past these is to make a choice to put in work around them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Starting with a coach like me is one step you can take today to move on from that place or self hate or shame. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 𝘐𝘨𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘪𝘵. 𝘊𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘵, 𝘴𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘦 𝘪𝘵. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Recognize that your not happy with how you feel naked, on the beach or during sex. Do you always turn the lights off? Do you always keep your cover up on? Do you ruin the mood by worrying about your fat rolls or how your partner sees you? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 𝘚𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘴𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘴, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘴𝘰 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘪𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭𝘴 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 𝐈𝐟 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But it's not that simple!
