I can not emphasize how important a revere diet is when losing weight and body fat!

1. You reach your goal weight and you are happy with how you look, in order to not gain it back.

Simply put, a reverse diet is the idea that you can slowly increase your calories over time with only gaining a pound or two (well some people actually still lose in a reverse).

Why wouldn't you want to wave the white flag on low calorie eating to get to your goal. I mean unless you enjoy skipping cake at birthday parties. haha
