Just a quick note to say that I've heard from Sage Appliances re the issue with payments going through - it's nothing to do with the discount code being used on already discounted items, as some have been told by support.
It's just an intermittent payment processor issue, and it's happening on items that aren't discounted, too. Some people are having no problem ordering using the discount codes.
So, if you didn't manage to use the discount code in Nov, and you want to try again in Dec, just reply and I'll send you the discount code they've given me for this month.
