This week with some of my clients started implementing this rule.

Just 15-30 minutes, first thing in the morning.

Don't let whatever you are about to read on your phone dictate how your day is going to go.

Put you into a negative space first thing in the morning.

If you can just start your day focusing on you, and with a positive intention, gratitude and positive manifestations it will translate into every area of your life. #Promise!
