Physique building has taught me the difference between motivation and discipline...โฃAfter reaching weight loss goals you start to focus on physique building more, sculpting out certain body parts. โฃ When working on a physique building you have to show up for yourself day in and day out whether you want to or not. โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ Motivated or not. โฃ You can't rely on motivation. โฃ โฃโฃ It comes and goes...โฃ โฃ But discipline is differentโฃ โฃIt's like a muscleโฃ โฃAnd you HAVE to build it. โฃ โฃ You can't just wish and hope you will one day wake up disciplined. ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐บ๐บ๐บ๐บ, ๐ ๐จ๐ฆ๐ต ๐ช๐ต, ๐ด๐ฐ ๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ฅ๐ฐ ๐ ๐ธ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ฌ ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ฅ๐ช๐ด๐ค๐ช๐ฑ๐ญ๐ช๐ฏ๐ฆ ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ด๐ค๐ญ๐ฆ?" โฃ Start small, like you would in the gym โฃ Set little goals that maybe you don't want to do โฃ Anything that will make that voice pop up in your head and say......"you don't really have to do that"โฃ โฃ And then do it anyway โฃโฃ This is why I have a set am & pm routine To practice beating that voice โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ To practice flexing that discipline muscle on the daily โฃ Because just like any muscle if you don't use it you lose itโฃ โฃ If you have never worked your discipline muscle don't expect it to be strong enough to do something crazy like workout 6x a week.โฃ โฃ That makes no sense โฃBut it can probably handle 2 workouts a week โฃ ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ต'๐ด ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ข๐บ ๐บ๐ฐ๐ถ ๐ค๐ข๐ฏ ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ข๐ค๐ต๐ช๐ค๐ฆ ๐ฅ๐ช๐ด๐ค๐ช๐ฑ๐ญ๐ช๐ฏ๐ฆ ๐ช๐ฏ ๐บ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ช๐ญ๐บ ๐ญ๐ช๐ง๐ฆ? โฃ Think about it maybe it's as little as hopping into the ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ with me. |
