When working on a physique building you have to show up for yourself day in and day out whether you want to or not. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Motivated or not. You can't rely on motivation. It comes and goes... But discipline is different It's like a muscle And you HAVE to build it. You can't just wish and hope you will one day wake up disciplined. 𝘖𝘬𝘢𝘺𝘺𝘺𝘺, 𝘐 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘪𝘵, 𝘴𝘰 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘤𝘭𝘦?" Start small, like you would in the gym Set little goals that maybe you don't want to do Anything that will make that voice pop up in your head and say......"you don't really have to do that" And then do it anyway This is why I have a set am & pm routine To practice beating that voice ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ To practice flexing that discipline muscle on the daily Because just like any muscle if you don't use it you lose it If you have never worked your discipline muscle don't expect it to be strong enough to do something crazy like workout 6x a week. That makes no sense But it can probably handle 2 workouts a week 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦? Think about it maybe it's as little as hopping into the 𝐁𝐀𝐃 𝐀𝐒𝐒 𝗪𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐍 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃 with me. |
