Physique building has taught me the difference between motivation and discipline...โฃAfter reaching weight loss goals you start to focus on physique building more, sculpting out certain body parts.

When working on a physique building you have to show up for yourself day in and day out whether you want to or not.

Motivated or not. โฃ
You can't rely on motivation. โฃ

It comes and goes...โฃ

But discipline is differentโฃ
โฃIt's like a muscleโฃ
โฃAnd you HAVE to build it. โฃ

You can't just wish and hope you will one day wake up disciplined.

Start small, like you would in the gym

Set little goals that maybe you don't want to do

Anything that will make that voice pop up in your head and say......"you don't really have to do that"โฃ

And then do it anyway

This is why I have a set am & pm routine
To practice beating that voice

To practice flexing that discipline muscle on the daily

Because just like any muscle if you don't use it you lose itโฃ

If you have never worked your discipline muscle don't expect it to be strong enough to do something crazy like workout 6x a week.โฃ

That makes no sense
โฃBut it can probably handle 2 workouts a week
