This isn't some trendy new thing.
Many cultures around the world have been putting eggs in their coffee for hundreds of years.
And with lip-smacking results.
When you get over the initial shock and think about it, you'll see it makes sense.
Whisking egg yolks with sugar forms the basis for rich, luxurious ice creams.
So whisking them into a coffee can only result in a deliciously creamy beverage.
It's unlikely that you'll find these coffee drinks in cafes, though.
