Ingredients -

Finely chopped Methi - 2 cups
Chopped Cucumber - 1/2 cup
Chopped Tomato - 1/4 cup
Chopped Beet Root - 1/4 cup
Peanut Powder - 1/2 cup
Chutney Powder - 1 tablespoon
Mix Roasted Seeds - 1 tablespoon
Roasted Chana - a handful
Mint Leaves - 5-6
Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds - 1 tablespoon
Finely Chopped Onion - 1/2 cup
Chopped Coriander - 1/4 cup

Procedure -

  1. Add chopped meti, cucumber, tomato and beet root in large bowl.
  2. Also add peanut powder, chutney powder, turmeric, salt, mint leaves, roasted seeds, chana, lemon juice and mix everything.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, cumin seeds and let it splutter.
  4. Now add chopped onion in it and saute until onion turns golden brown. Add this to bowl's mixture.
  5. Mix everything well and serve in plate garnishing it with chopped coriander.
