Ingredients -
Finely chopped Methi - 2 cups
Chopped Cucumber - 1/2 cup
Chopped Tomato - 1/4 cup
Chopped Beet Root - 1/4 cup
Peanut Powder - 1/2 cup
Chutney Powder - 1 tablespoon
Mix Roasted Seeds - 1 tablespoon
Roasted Chana - a handful
Mint Leaves - 5-6
Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds - 1 tablespoon
Finely Chopped Onion - 1/2 cup
Chopped Coriander - 1/4 cup
Procedure -
- Add chopped meti, cucumber, tomato and beet root in large bowl.
- Also add peanut powder, chutney powder, turmeric, salt, mint leaves, roasted seeds, chana, lemon juice and mix everything.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, cumin seeds and let it splutter.
- Now add chopped onion in it and saute until onion turns golden brown. Add this to bowl's mixture.
- Mix everything well and serve in plate garnishing it with chopped coriander.
