Are you getting ready to go on vacation and do not want to blow your "diet"?⠀

I get it, it is vacation but it is not a reason to throw in the towel on all your hard work with a "it is vacation, forget it" mindset! Here are my top tips and tricks for clients!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Starting each day with some activity even if its just a walk on the beach for 20/30 mins gets your mind in the right space⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You might also find you are sleeping in more and eating later in the day than you normally would, this will actually leave you with more macros for treats and things later in the day if you wanted to indulge more.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Make sure you are getting all your protein in though as it is going to be you more important macro! (Try, egg whites and tomatoes, at lunch if you having a sandwich on the beach adding double the lunch meat packs in extra protein, and for dinner trying to stick to leaner cuts of meat like fish is another great way!)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For your alcohol or soda a way to think about is alcohol/soda or desserts meaning if you want to indulge in soda for the day then opt of of the ice cream bar and stick with the treats you know fit in your macros like the cakes and frozen yogurt. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Getting your workouts in will also ensure you stay on track! After all you are on vacation, all you have is free time!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The last tip is to keep moving, so when you are waiting for your table at dinner walk around, see what's going on! GO for swim in the pool instead of floating, walk to dinner or desserts instead of driving, any extra bit helps!
