Hey coffee lover,
Who wants hot coffee when the weather's warm?
It's time to ice it up.
But trendy cold brew or the classic iced coffee?
Both are really good, but they have their unique characteristics.
Iced coffee is any kind of coffee that's brewed hot, then served over ice.
Cold brew, though, is not brewed with hot water.
This results in a very different flavor profile compared to a hot brew.
And it's not just the taste that's different.
If you're planning to make it at home, you've got to consider other factors like:
- How much time do you have to prep?
- What brewing method will you use?
- How many servings are you planning to get out of it?

PS: You can have your coffee any way you like, but one of these brewing methods yields coffee that pairs up better with sweeteners, creamers, and milk. The other is more suitable for drinking it black.
