Put your phone down... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Calm Down... and keep reading Karen. Not right now lol I want you to read this.. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But in the morning. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Right when you wake up. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Stop your alarm and put your phone down. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This week with some of my clients started implementing this rule. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Just 15-30 minutes, first thing in the morning. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Don't let whatever you are about to read on your phone dictate how your day is going to go. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 𝘠𝘖𝘜 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘠𝘖𝘜 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘠𝘖𝘜 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘺. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Don't let the fact of if you got a text or not, a overwhelming work email or ask of someone else ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Put you into a negative space first thing in the morning. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you can just start your day focusing on you, and with a positive intention, gratitude and positive manifestations it will translate into every area of your life. #Promise! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So try it this week. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Don't let that phone have so much power over you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Don't immediately put yourself into a reactive state. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ CHOOSE how you want to start the day. Manifest the life you want because you can have it! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 𝘛𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦? Let me know if I can help you and if you are ready to jump on the life changing transformation wagon come join me with the BAD ASS WOMAN METHOD.
