SHOP New Releases We're kicking of the Autumn season with two belters from a producer brand new to us this year from Huila Colombia.  Operating all four of his family farms, Wilder Lasso  utilises as many techniques as possible from Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). GAP is an international set of standards set out to ensure the safe and sustainable production of crops and livestock. These standards include practices such as intercropping to promote biodiversity, rejuvenating land that has degraded over time, use of organic fertilizers made from by-products, water management to reduce usage and treat wastewater and correct training of farm staff to ensure safety. Wilder also has an out-growers program where cherries from nearby farms are processed using their expertise, to help other farms get higher quality and prices for their crops.  READ MORE Bella Alejandria This coffee is another stunning example of how processing can highlight inherent qualities in single varieties. This semi-washed Gesha is bursting with lots of classic Gesha characteristics with intense sweetness and a clean, refreshing cup that reminds us of ripe peach,  lavender and white chocolate. El Diviso  When selecting this coffee from Wilder Lasso, we were blown away by its complexity and sweetness. This anaerobic black honey processed coffee is giving us refreshing notes like black grape and melon, rich, sweet pomegranate notes like grenadine and a herbal character similar to a Negroni.
