Our seasonal fruity espresso blend is returning to the shelves and bringing some summer feels to the gloomy winter days. We’re going for red fruits this year - think freshly-picked juicy strawberries, crisp plum and tarty rhubarb. It’s bright but balanced, with a super sweet finish. Add some steamed milk and you’ll get a creamy and sweet cup, like a strawberry milkshake, with caramel notes and a nutty finish. We’ve blended two coffee origins, Colombia and Peru. Colombia has become, over the last decade, a leader in experimental processing that intensifies acidity and sweetness, making it an obvious choice for a fruity blend. Peru, on the other hand, is traditionally associated with chocolate and nutty notes and a relatively mild acidity. But much progress has been made recently around growing practices and processing methods, resulting in much increased sweetness, like the coffee produced by farmer Julio Abel Arévalo.
