Add sugar and stir until well combined, add the coffee mixture and stir again. 3. Mix in Waka Coffee and hot water until granules are fully dissolved. 4. Set aside and let the mixture cool. 5. Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, then insert wooden sticks. 6. Freeze until firm, preferably overnight. 7. Melt the remaining chocolate and drizzle over the popsicles. 8.
