Recipe Time: Mocha Iced Instant Coffee Popsicles Iced Coffee on a Stick – Irresistible Treat [Get the Recipe]

Get ready for summer with our Mocha Iced Instant Coffee Popsicles recipe. These refreshing treats are super easy to make and perfect for cooling off on hot days. Enjoy iced coffee on a stick, covered in chocolate – what could be better?

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz hot water
  • 3 tbsp Waka Instant Coffee
  • 100 gr dark chocolate 
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, mix milk and dark chocolate on medium heat.

2. Add sugar and stir until well combined, add the coffee mixture and stir again.

3. Mix in Waka Coffee and hot water until granules are fully dissolved.

4. Set aside and let the mixture cool.

5. Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, then insert wooden sticks.

6. Freeze until firm, preferably overnight.

7. Melt the remaining chocolate and drizzle over the popsicles.

8. Serve immediately.
