Hey coffee lover,
Cold brew coffee is one of my favorite summer treats.
As soon as the hot weather arrives, I have a jar of cold brew concentrate sitting in my fridge at all times. It's so easy to make that there's really no reason not to. And there is definitely no reason to be dropping big bucks on it at the coffee shop.
Cold brew is known for being naturally sweet and super smooth. It's delicious on its own, but it's also the perfect neutral coffee canvas for something more exciting -- something like, for example, vanilla sweet cream cold foam.
This delightful topping kicks your cold brew up a notch both in flavor and texture, adding subtle vanilla and creamy frothed dairy. And vegans or lactose intolerate folks need not shy away; this recipe works wonderfully with oat milk.
Skip the Starbuck lines and prices this summer, and learn to make this...
