"Are you ready?"

"Yes..." That's when I floored the accelerator of my friend's Tesla Plaid, which I've since nicknamed "the poop-maker" because it's so fast, I nearly soiled myself.

The thrill was over in mere seconds. I eased off the accelerator, and my friend relaxed his grip on the emergency door lever. His knuckles slowly regained their color.
