Your Weekly B.R.E.W. March, the Month of Caffeine

Happy Thursday, coffee and tea lovers!

We want to wish you a happy belated International Women's Day! We hope you treated yourself to a cup of coffee (or two) in honor of the occasion. March is a special month not only because it celebrates women's history, but also because it is a time to recognize the importance of caffeine. Caffeine is a natural stimulant found in coffee, tea, and other drinks that can help boost energy levels and increase mental alertness.

While many of us enjoy the boost that caffeine can provide, it's important to remember to consume it in moderation. Overconsumption of caffeine can lead to negative side effects such as jitters, anxiety, and difficulty sleeping. It's recommended to limit caffeine intake to no more than 400mg per day, or about four cups of coffee. By drinking caffeine in moderation, we can still enjoy its benefits without the negative consequences.

At Waka, we understand that some may want to enjoy the rich and delicious taste of coffee without the buzz of caffeine. That's why we offer a decaf version of our popular vanilla-flavor coffee. Our decaf coffee is just as flavorful and aromatic as our regular coffee, but with much less caffeine. So whether you're sensitive to caffeine, trying to cut back, or just looking for a cozy and relaxing coffee break, our decaf vanilla flavor coffee is the perfect choice for you.
