Let me tell you a story. Once upon a time, I heard that 7-Eleven was introducing a Churroccino. Wow, I thought, that's brilliant! Churros go so well with espresso, and it has that perfect portmanteau name. I couldn't wait to get my hands on one.
Turns out, the name was the best part. The drink I tried was nothing more than an over-sweet cinnamon latte that I'm suspicious had never been anywhere near an espresso machine.
Spare yourself that disappointment, and make this...
It combines rich espresso, cinnamon sugar, and steamed milk, but then adds vanilla bavarian cream to take things to the next level, really capturing the dessert vibes of a churro. Of course, an actual churro on the side for dipping is optional but highly recommended.
