From Kev, What is Dose? Simplifying Home Espresso.

Hello , I've just published my latest video, and this one is the next in my series on simplifying espresso.  In this video I'm hoping to help beginner home baristas to make things a bit more simple by better understanding dose.   Watch the Video This is a short one, but I think it'll make quite a big difference for many people, as I believe many people (I certainly did, in the past) make the mistake of thinking that dose weight and dose volume are exactly the same.
