| | Two great reports were published last week that we thought you might be interested to know more about. The National Coffee Association released their "Atlas of American Coffee" report, which found out that young adults in the United States are drinking coffee more than ever before. Coffee is actually more popular than any other beverage including tap water and is most popular in the Northeast, where 72% of adults have had a coffee in the past day. But not everything is great news... According to the same report the number of coffee drinkers who say their financial situation is worse than it was four months ago has increased by 59% since January, and six out of ten people now say that they are cautious about their coffee spending habits. Let's switch back to good news! The second research we wanted to mention shows that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death. The report's results suggest that mild to moderate intake of ground, instant and decaffeinated coffee should be considered part of a healthy lifestyle.
