New Video on Pour Over Coffee Workflow Making pour-over coffee is a peaceful & blissful thing to do first thing in the morning 🥰 it's the very first thing we do to kickstart the day every single morning! Although it may look a little complicated, trust us it's not at all 😁 here is our pour-over coffee brewing workflow that gets you a delightful cuppa in under 5 mins! 1. Always start by boiling the water first, as it takes a couple of minutes to boil 2. Prep all the brewing tools like scale, dripper, server, paper filter, grinder, cups & of course, coffee beans ready. 3. Once water boils, weigh your beans and sort them before you pour them into the grinder. Don't grind the beans yet!! 4. Assemble your dripper, server & paper, and wet the paper filter with hot water. 5. While waiting for water to drain, grind your beans now! By now, the water temperature in the kettle should drop to around 95c and perfect for brewing 🤩 6. Discard water, pour ground coffee into dripper & brew immediately by pouring twice as much water for pre-infusion 7. Pour about 60-70ml of water every time & make sure you pour AFTER all the coffee grain into the server for maximum extraction! 8. Voila & let's enjoy your coffee! Check out all the pour-over tools that you need to make the perfect filter coffee here ☕️ |
