I often receive notes from readers of our newsletter thanking our team for improving their professional careers.
Some find a new job after taking our courses, and others get a promotion to lead an exciting new project. Some improve their craft, and others strengthen their resume for job applications.
These notes make our day, and our Slack channel lights up with little celebration with emojis. The parrot party emoji is my favorite!
Today, we are sharing a note by Kaustubh Sadekar, who got started in Computer Vision by reading our blog posts. He kept developing his skills and was selected to be an author on LearnOpenCV.com.
Recently, he got into the Computer Science Ph.D. program at Portland State University in Oregon with a full scholarship!
What a remarkable journey!
One of the key reasons for his success is that he documented his journey in computer vision by publishing his projects on GitHub.
Check out his personal website and GitHub account for more information.
Here is the message I received from Kaustubh. Addressing your teacher as "Sir" is an Indian thing :).
We make our decisions based on emotions and that is what makes us human. We are drawn to certain areas of work inexplicably.
If you feel an irresistible urge to dig deep into Artificial Intelligence and start a career in AI, our courses will get you there.

Cheers!
