1. Why Coffee Can Make You Sleepy
The fact a cup of coffee can make you sleepy is a strange occurrence, one that I've never had to deal with being as caffeine sensitive as I am but I know it's a question a lot of people have.
From the article: "Coffee may be making you sleepy due to a caffeine or sugar crash or it could be caffeine tolerance that's knocking the wind out of your sails. You may be dehydrated or suffering from a sleep disorder or you may just be built that way!"
2. Brew Cold Brew For Less Than 24 hours
This was a new tip for me, apparently you shouldn't leave cold brew to steep for more than 24 hours because it starts to get a "woody" taste. I almost want to try it just to see!
