Hello and welcome, Kieran from Above Average Coffee here to bring you another Moka Pot Monday! As always, this email is broken down into 3 points, a coffee tip, a coffee read, and a coffee recommendation.
Some of you got in touch wanting me to link straight to the coffee recommendation at the top so here it is. Check out this week's coffee pick - the Best Belgian Balance Coffee Makers
1. How To Make Turkish Coffee
Ultra-strong coffee made in small amounts on the stove top. It's not to everyone's taste but it's an interesting one to try. From the article:

3. Best Belgian Balance Siphon Coffee Makers
"The Belgian Balance Coffee Siphon combines the magic of a vacuum coffee maker with the class of an antique and the automation of a modern day coffee machine. They are intricate and stunning to look at and can even be a bit intimidating.
The good news is, once you set it up, the brewing process takes place automatically so you can just sit back and watch your coffee come to life. This makes them perfect for entertaining and they work as a brilliant centrepiece for dinner parties."
