When we started Blue Coffee Box back in 2017 graduation seemed a long way off.

And during the pandemic, it seemed like it would never arrive.

I worked really hard during 2021 and 2022 as the university sent us to work from home. In the early pandemic days, to keep our staff safe, Dad and I took over and spent 7 long days a week keeping the beans rolling out the door and then evenings working my way through uni and a placement year with Sainsbury's HQ.
