Hey coffee lover,
Cold brew is crisp, smooth, sweet, and refreshing. It's one of my favorite summer drinks. The only possible downside? It's way too easy to drink way too much.
Hot coffee has a built-in regulator. Drink it too fast, and you'll burn yourself. Not so with cold brew. You can chug a couple of glasses on a summer afternoon without thinking twice. And suddenly you're up all night bouncing off the walls, especially if you like your cold brew concentrated.
One solution is just to drink less cold brew. But that sounds terrible. Instead, let's make decaf cold brew! It's so simple and requires no special equipment. Just follow this...
