From Kev, sorry!

Hello fellow coffee botherers :-),

I hope the sun is shining where you are? Cracking the flags here today!

I just wanted to quickly apologise for running out of caramelised biscuit/gingerbread latte decaf!

As you'll know, it's the coffee of the month this month - which means you get double the discount (your usual 10% coffeebotherers discount on top of another 10% automatically applied discount), and the sales volume took us by surprise!

A good problem to have, of course ;-), but I do apologise. It's back in stock now, and we've roasted lots, so fill your boots :-), the offer is on until the end of the month, so you have another 10 days to stock up on your favourite Decaf.

If it's not your favourite Decaf yet, try it, it may well turn out to be.

Most people love it, you do need to get the extraction right, it isn't the most forgiving bean so it doesn't taste good over or under extracted, but it's well worth the effort in getting this coffee dialled in!

Another apology, and this isn't from me as such but I'm apologising on behalf of Sage Appliances, as I know their new website is having some problems.

So, if I've sent you a discount code, and you're struggling to use it because you can't get your order to go through, I do feel your pain - the same happened to me when I was buying a machine as a gift recently, it's very frustrating.

It's an intermittent issue which can cause orders to disappear, and similar annoying glitches, but I got my order through in the end, and everyone who I've heard from who had an issue, managed to get it sorted in the end.

If you haven't got the discount code but you want it, just reply to this email and I'll send it to you.

Thanks again,

Kev
