For filter we've chosen a microlot from the amazing Finca El Faique. 👇 ‌ KIRINDERA ESPRESSO DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO 🇨🇩 This is the third coffee Extract has bought from the Coopade’s Women’s Section in Virunga National Park. An exceptional coffee from an inspiring group of female growers. ‌ TRY ESPRESSO ‌ FINCA EL FAIQUE FILTER JAEN, CAJAMARCA, PERU 🇵🇪 This washed filter is an example of Peruvian coffee at its best. This microlot is sourced from a Rainforest Alliance certified farm growing incredible quality coffee.  ‌ TRY FILTER ‌ ‌ MORE NEW COFFEES TO TRY ✨ ‌ CARMEN COCA FILTER It's great to be roasting this coffee again. Bright with sweet sultana notes. ‌ CARMEN ‌ KOKE NATURAL FILTER A super interesting Ethiopian natural with a subtle hint of darjeeling. ‌ KOKE ‌ CAUVERY PEAK ESPRESSO An Indian coffee like no other. In milk it tastes like chocolate brownie.  ‌ CAUVERY ‌ ‌ MAKING COFFEE BETTER ‌ TIPS FOR STEAMING MILK AT HOME 🥛 ‌ It's World Milk Day! So we're sharing some of our top tips on how to steam milk at home.  Right jug: Pick the correct jug for the cup size. Right milk: Choose semi skimmed or full fate milk for steaming. The higher protein content will give you a better texture for latte art. Keep your milk cold before stretching. Always stretch first while the milk is cold. Don't over-stretch:  Stretch (add air and bubbles into your milk) for just 3-4 seconds before lowering the steam wand into the jug to heat the rest of the milk.  Knock: Knock out any big bubbles before you swirl. Swirl: Swirl the milk around in the jug until glossy and shiny, then pour. Practice: Practice with cold water and a drop of washing up liquid. Wipe that wand!: You must keep the steam wand clean. Purge before and after every steam. Wipe using a clean microfibre cloth which is only used for the steam wand.
