MailerLite teams up with Vercom

MailerLite has been growing quickly over the past few years, and we owe a lot of our success to our loyal customers who provide valuable feedback and share their experiences with others.

As we look to the future, we've been making important updates to anticipate your needs as digital marketing evolves. The first milestone of the year came last month with the launch of the new MailerLite. The new platform was built from scratch with a future-ready infrastructure that allows us to add features faster.

Today, we have another exciting announcement that brings us even closer to our goal of providing you with the most intuitive and innovative communication tools. I am happy to share that MailerLite, MailerSend and MailerCheck are teaming up with Vercom, one of Europe's leading providers of cloud communications platforms (CPaaS).

Vercom empowers companies to build and grow lasting relationships with their audiences across multiple communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications and chat.

Omnichannel communication has become an important strategy for many companies who want a unified voice across channels. By combining forces with Vercom, we will have the ability to add these types of omnichannel features to MailerLite faster. We have already added an SMS communication feature to our roadmap and MailerLite customers will be able to enjoy the functionality later this year.

Email marketing will stay at the core of MailerLite. Our customers who wish to focus only on email marketing will be able to enjoy those features without feeling overwhelmed, while our more advanced customers will have more options and ways to reach their audiences through the omnichannel platform.

It's also important to mention that our customers do not need to take any additional actions. They can continue to enjoy MailerLite as usual.
