So that's mum sorted. Next, what is Americano, and where did it come from? It's espresso with water poured on top (different to long black which is water first)? No It originated during the second world war due to American soldiers finding espresso too strong? No... For more:  https://youtu.be/ztcceGVXNME I mainly did this video to explain how to make Americano, but when researching it I found so many people confidently stating myths as facts, that I found myself jumping on my soap box! ;-).
