Just in time for Spring, our infamous Blue Sky Blend is Back. This twist on the classic Earl Grey is embellished with a touch of grapefruit for an extra refreshing kick.
Our Blue Sky tea is great served black, with milk or even iced. In our Manchester cafe, at the Mackie Mayor, it also works great a cocktail component. Try substituting Earl Grey for Blue Sky tea in a John Daly. Brew a tea concentrate, add a splash of vodka, shake with ice and top up with lemonade.
